Hello, my name is Siddharth Rao. You’ve landed on the most-visited page of this web site (well, not anymore)!
I am a Middleware System Administrator by profession – working mainly in the area of distributed computing and high performance computing; including J2EE based enterprise application servers. Besides my profession, I’m a serial entrepreneur and a tech-savvy hobbyist. I’ve successfully built portable and highly scalable Internet businesses – thereby generating profits and leverage them on to further business investments.
I wanted to create a platform to share my knowledge and also make new potential connections. Hence, I decided to start this blog. You’ll find valuable information on various topics related technology and Web/Internet – most of them being real-world/practical examples or instances. However, please note - all articles that I write on this blog; are for informational/educational purposes only.
I usually spend about 10-12 (sometimes 16) hours a day – working. I am articulate and I set very high standards for myself. I have aggressive goals and I climb through each of them in a systematic way. My motive in life is to do something useful for the mankind – as I look to develop myself, each day, each hour!
Besides work (which takes most of my time) – I occasionally take some time off to play the guitar and the piano. I also listen to a lot of different music genres and go on long drives. I take inspiration and motivation from anyone who has achieved significant success, especially if s/he is of my age or younger than myself. I admire people who have been a part of some innovation and actively seek opportunities to listen/read about them. I am a free-flowing guy with an out-spoken personality.
